Gibraltar Construction Co., Inc. invites you to bid/quote on interior renovation work at the Trenton Housing Authority in Trenton, TN. Bids are due on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 10am. Bid submission information will be provided at or before time of pre-bid meeting.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Trenton Housing Authority office, located at 128 Burnett Drive, Trenton, TN 38382 on Thursday, August 15, 2024 @ 10:00am.
Project Scope of Work:
Replace all plumbing (sanitary sewer and water distribution), electrical (including new service), interior finishes (flooring, cabinets, doors, trim, bath accessories, tub surrounds, painting, etc.). Also includes minimal amounts of sitework.
Note to subcontractor bidders: Excluding electrical work, bids for this project will be labor only. Material and labor bids will be considered for the electrical portion of the work. Bids will be for the work involved in the Booker Holmes development only.
Note to suppliers: Quotes are not needed for the following items; flooring, plumbing fixtures, bath accessories, tub surrounds.
